- GFR Category= Banding of the eGFR value
- eGFR= CKD-EPI equation on creatinine, age and sex
- BUN / Creatinine Ratio= Blood Urea Nitrogen ÷ Creatinine
- Bilirubin Indirect= Total Bilirubin − Direct Bilirubin
- A/G Ratio= Albumin ÷ Globulin
- Globulin= Total Protein − Albumin
- Non-HDL Cholesterol= Total Cholesterol − HDL
- VLDL Cholesterol= Triglycerides ÷ 5
- Absolute Basophil Count= WBC count × Basophil %
- Absolute Eosinophil Count= WBC count × Eosinophil %
- Absolute Lymphocyte Count= WBC count × Lymphocyte %
- Absolute Monocyte Count= WBC count × Monocyte %
- MCH= Hemoglobin ÷ RBC count
- MCHC= Hemoglobin ÷ Haematocrit
None of this means a calculated value is useless. eGFR is calculated and doctors act on it every day. The narrower point is the one that matters when you are comparing prices: these were not separately tested, so they should not be separately counted.
Every input above is itself on the same report. For example, BUN / Creatinine Ratio needs nothing beyond Blood Urea Nitrogen and Serum Creatinine, both already measured.
